Pricing

Prices are shown on the pricing page of each service or in a written quotation provided by the studio.

All prices are inclusive of consumption tax unless otherwise specified.

Additional Charges

• Bank transfer fees for payments to the studio
• Internet access charges and other communication costs
• For overseas transactions: foreign-exchange fees, customs duties, and local taxes

Payment Timing

• Subscription services: charged at the start of service and on a recurring basis thereafter, in accordance with the service’s billing cycle
• One-off services: payable upon order confirmation, or by the date specified by the studio
• Commissioned work: payable in accordance with the schedule set out in the relevant Individual Contract

Service Delivery Timing

• Software and digital services: available promptly after payment confirmation
• Commissioned work: deliverables are provided in accordance with the schedule set out in the relevant Individual Contract

Returns, Cancellations, and Termination

Commissioned work (services)

Cancellations made before work has begun are accepted free of charge as a general matter. Cancellations made after work has begun are handled by case-by-case discussion in light of progress to date.

Software and digital services

Given the nature of the services, refunds after the start of use are not generally available. However, if a service has a material defect, or if a refund is appropriate due to a cause attributable to the studio, please contact the email address above and the studio will respond on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription services

To terminate a subscription, please use the relevant settings screen of the service, or contact the email address above. From the moment a termination request is processed, no further charges will be made. Prorated refunds for amounts already paid are not generally provided.
